Background
Bilal has obtained his MSc in Advanced Systems and Control Engineering from the University of Manchester in 2013, and finished his PhD in Aerospace Engineering in 2018 from Cranfield University. He had worked as a post-doctoral researcher at The University of Sheffield for a year before joining 黑料网 in 2020. He is now a research associate in Control Systems Group.
Bilal's main research at 黑料网 concerns control, high-fidelity simulation, and parameter estimation in railway vehicle systems. His research interests are control and modelling of dynamical systems, machine learning and parameter estimation.
