CSM Member wins Best Paper Award
The Centre for Service Management is delighted to announce that Dr George Tsimonis, Lecturer in Marketing and member of the Centre, has received the Best Paper Award at the 12th International Conference of Contemporary Marketing Issues (ICCMI). The conference was held in Heraklion, Crete, Greece, from 10-12 July, 2024.
Dr Tsimonis’ award-winning paper, "Transforming consumption: the role of digital experiences, consumer spirituality, environmental beliefs, and digital efficacy in driving sustainable choices" sheds light on the complex interplay between digital interactions, personal values, and sustainable consumer behaviour within the online retail landscape.
This recognition highlights the Centre's dedication to promoting impactful research that tackles contemporary societal issues. We extend our warmest congratulations to Dr Tsimonis on this well-deserved achievement!
