Promotion to Senior Lecturer Sub-Committee
Terms of Reference
- To meet twice per year or more frequently, if required. Successful promotions will take effect from the first day of the following month.
- To consider proposals for promotion to Senior Lecturer, according to the published criteria and with careful consideration of information made available to the Committee about personal circumstances impacting the career trajectory.
- To establish and review the criteria for promotion to Senior Lecturer, and to ensure that they are in line with the University Strategy.
- To review the effectiveness of the Committee annually, to ensure the conduct and decision making is aligned to University values and is fair, equitable and inclusive.
